As the Director of Quality Schools for Fuel OKC, Lee is dedicated to ensuring every student has equal access to a high-quality education. With over 35 years of impactful leadership in education and community service, Lee has made a significant impact in countless lives. 

His diverse roles include teacher, principal, board member, nonprofit executive director, adjunct professor, education consultant and pastor. As a passionate speaker, trainer, and advocate, Lee tirelessly works to create a brighter future for all, particularly those in underserved communities. 

His book, “Fantastic Voyage,” shares his inspiring story of transformative leadership at Tulakes Elementary. Driven by a commitment to inspire, equip and empower others, Lee champions equity and success for every individual, especially children. In 2019, Lee was recognized for his contributions to education through his induction into the Oklahoma African American Educators Hall of Fame.
